Foramting database filed in text box

Hi All,

I want to dispaly some text with databse field and database field shoud be in some specified color and font .

example:--

i want to display like ' i am from INDIA '

in above text 'i am from' is static text and 'INDIA' is database filed

i want that data base filed with some diffrent color and font ...

is there any way to dispaly like that???

i want this in text box to dispaly ...

Please let me know any possible solution for this..

Hi,

Create Text Box with expression ='i am from ' & Field

where Field is your DB field have value like INDIA,UK,...

I think the only way would be to use two txtboxes next to each other

then in the second one you could use a calculated color

But i doubt you can use two colors for 2 part of text in a unique txtbox

hi guy's thanks for the reply.....

@sokkorn... if we create expression like thati we cant provide the formate(color or size..) for database field.

@yadurand.... i want to get this result in one single text box....

and i am not sure how to provide the color function for any database filed..

Please let me know if there is any way for this issue...

You could make it look like a single text box if it's ok.

Put one big empty textbox in background with the bckground color you want

on top of that put two little textbox with transparant background,

- one with a black text static text,

- one with your dimension text associated with a function-calculated colored

Let me know if you want an example file with that kind of thing.
