Above and Left in Pivot Table

Hi I Have a pivot table where I'd like to do a running YTD total row but I'm unsure how to do this in a pivot.

It needs to be the same as the following in Excel;

Where the YTD variance is last weeks YTD variance plus this weeks variance.

I have created the pivot table in Qlikview, I just can't get this last value in.

Any help would be massively appreiated.
