I am sure this is very easy but I can not find how to do it(or do i not use the right keywords for search)

I have two date fields in different date sets, YYYYMM of the month in which goods are bought and YYYYMM of the month in which goods are sold.

obviously i want the profit margin in this period. For my business i have no use to select a different months for one of these categories and it doesn't mather which goods are sold in which period.

So i need Qlickview to select the other YYYYMM automaticly when the first YYYYMM is selected.

How can I make this happen? It is impossible to fit them together in one dataset.

Do you want one master calendar for several date fields? Or select a value in one field and automatically select a value in another field

You need to create the relationship between boughtdate and solddate in a table.

If you don't know how do it, send the structure of your tables

I tried to link the both by using

boughtdate as solddate

but it gave me a loop error. Would not know how to do this otherwise.
