how to create financialyear previous year maxmonth ?

and

how to fix the value in expression (this value does not change while selections).

i have financialmonth,financialyear,year,month,date fields.

help me out yar............please

Hi,

for suppose if ur year field is in financial year

Max(Year) is ur max year,

Max(Year)-1 is ur previous year

So for month filed

Max(Month) .....

If u can provide ur sample data i can do as relative to ur data.
