Please suggest, I have a requirement in my attached sample file:

REQUIREMENT

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question [Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4] must be answered as 1 to 10 rating.

Question [Q5] must be answered as 20,25,30,35

Customer is considered as SATISFIED only if he has rated

9,10 (more than 9) as answer for Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4

AND

30,35 (more than 30) as answer for Q5

Customer is considered as DISSATISFIED only if he has rated

1--8 (less than 9) as answer for Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4

AND

20,25 (less than 30) as answer for Q5

Pls suggest in the attached file.

Cust. Satisfied if

Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5,Q6,Q7,Q8 --> Answered as '>=9' i.e. more than 9

AND

Q9 --> Answered as '>=3' i.e. more than 3

Cust. Dissatisfied if

---------------------------------

Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5,Q6,Q7,Q8 --> Answered as '<9' i.e. less than 9

AND

Q9 --> Answered as '<3' i.e. less than 3
