How to add Mouse-over pop-up detail in Chart Table?

Hi,

I have created a pivot table using the chart table type of object.

On the lowest detail column I need implement a mouse over effect,

where if a user does a mouse over on the, say, ID column, additional details should pop-up.

I'm aware of help text, and 'text as pop-up', but in chart table form, I can't see any options under dimensions or expressions that will allow me to add details which will pop-up at row level.

I have attached an image of the requirement to clarify the question.

Please could anyone help me with this issue, as we need to keep user clicks to the minimum.

I don't think that the requested functionality exists. If there is a trick to go around it, I'd be happy to learn it.
