Import/Export Document Layout

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me on this. I don't have 2 machines to try this out.

Is it possible to export document layout in a machine with license and import it to a machine with personal edition?

Does it work? Thanks!

Hi minority

If you don't have license then you cannot import any document layout or sheet layout.

by default this feature will be disable if you have personnel edition.

If you have proper license then import feature will be available for you

Thanks for your swift reply. According to QlikTech in QV10 SR1, we don't use the Import way or did i misunderstood?

I beleave that a bug.

I tried this thing in V10 IR. It was just working fine.

And also they have changed lots of things in SR1. Which is not yet stable.

What I can suggest you is try to update qlikview with the latest patch and see whether it got resolved or not.

If not let us wait for next service release
