      <title>Charts  print/excel export buton doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the QlikView server upgrade from 11.2 version to November 2017 SR1, print and Excel export button doesn't work from access point (from external access). BUT it works in desktop and from access point in the server side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;access point if I connect from external&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="image_1.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/193491_image_1.png" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;local access point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="image_2.png" class="jive-image image-2" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/193492_image_2.png" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems that problem might be somewhere in configuration, but I have no clue where to find it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
