Hi,

I am developing a ITIL dashboard with Qlikview and defined 4 levels of information. The highest level is process (f.e. Problem mangement) and within this level there are several KPI's defined. To show these KPI's i developed a button and by clicking on this button i get a new page with the requested info.

Question:

is it possible to click on the process Problem management and then all the underlying info will be shown n the same page (so no new page will be opened and the button is not needed any more).... In other BI tools this functionality is known as a " toggle" functionality, does this exist within Qlikview???

thnx in advance

Maarten

I wonder if you could share an example of your ITIL app in Qlikview.

Let me know if that serves your purpose.

thanks,

Rajesh Vaswani
