    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;avg(if(Value&amp;gt;fractile(total Value,.05)&lt;BR /&gt; and Value&amp;lt;fractile(total Value,.95),Value))&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fractile expressions figure out the values that the bottom 5% are below and the top 5% are above. Then we look for Values between these two limits. Finally, we take the average of those values.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
