values only in previous year don't show with set analysis and straight table

I need to have a stright table with accounts in dimensions and sum(values) from both current and previous year.

But, for different accounts i must set a diferent sum criteria:

1* only sums type 2 and 3

2* sums types 0, 2 and 3

everything works ok if the accounts have values in both the current and previous year...

but i.e. account 22 doens't have values for 2012... so it doens't show the 1900 value!

Any help?

solved with help from another post:

sum( {< #acc={"1*"}, regTy={2,3} >} regV )

sum( {< #acc={"2*"}, regTy={0,2,3} >} regV )
