      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, I don't think so, let's say we have :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- 2000 : 1 female 4 male&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- 2001 : 3 more females (so we have : 4 female and 4 males)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to have : 2000 : 20% female, 80% Male&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in 2001 : 50% female, 50% male&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With your solution, I'll have 2000 : 20% - 80% and 2001 : 100% female.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
