Export reports to different files using banding

Hi,

I have successfully been able to create a report that works well using banding.

Currently I'm using PDF Creator to export it as PDFs.

I would however like to create a separate PDF for each selection that the banding makes.

I have read here http://community.qlik.com/forums/t/32512.aspx that it is possible to do this using Publisher, the problem is that my department aren't using QV on the server.

Is this possible when not using Publisher?

It is possible to create separate pdf files without using publisher. But to do this, instead of "natural" report banding, you need a macro with 'artificial' banding - select one value, run report and save file, select next value in the loop, etc...

I doubt that there is a "non-macro / non-publisher" solution if you want to export to the different files. But if you're using AJAX - you have QV server. So, you can probably try the solution in the link of the original post.
