Sum total with conditional expression

Hi All

I'm very new with qlikview desktop personal, and keep trying to figure it out the conversion between RDBMS sql syntax to qlikview expression.

'm trying to create a selling history within several years 2009, 2010, 2011,

but with one condition

- a history selling of 2011, is a sum total sales recorded in 2008,

- a history selling of 2010, is a sum total sales recorded in 2007,

- a history selling of 2009, is a sum total sales recorded in 2006.

Any point regarding this will be more helpful on this.

Hello.

I suggest using a mapping table to map the sum of the sales year to the history sales year. See the attached example.
