Odd Issue: Duplicated/Overlapping Expression Labels

I have an odd scenario, that I believe is tied to a specific chart option; however for the life of me I can't find it.

I have a fairly odd chart which is designed to show on an inverted axis, and as such all of the expressions are made to be negative. I don't display in labels on the individual expressions, but have a value-only displayed rate that is a calculation based on the other expression values:

=(-[1 Login] + -[2+ Logins]) / ( -[Non-Users] + -[0 Logins] + -[1 Login] + -[2+ Logins])

For some reason, the charts with the smaller absolute x values are all displaying with duplicated/overlapping labels of that expression:

This displays fine if I make things positive and don't invert the axis... but of course that defeats the purpose of how this fits into a dashboard. What's interesting, is that if I only invert one of the four expressions (which essentially produces a butterfly chart) I see the label on both the positive and negative axis. This tells me that the overlap is probably because I'm displaying the value on the positive axis even though the axis aligns with zero - hence the odd display.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there any way to prevent those data labels from appearing on both sides of the X axis?
