Custom Heat Map Shape

Hi guys

I want to produce a heat map which uses two dimensions, lets call them 'segment' and 'radius', but instead of that heat map being rectangular I want it to be a set of concentric circles. 'segment' has three possible values so there should be three slices of the chart (picture a pie chart with three equal slices) whilst 'radius' has four possible values so there shoudl be four concentric circles. thus there are 12 total spaces in the heat map and the measure will be the count of the number of hits in that area.

can i create a custom heat map layout?
