topic document properties tabs missing in QlikView

document properties tabs missing

When I try view my Document Properties I noticed there are several tabs missing from it. For example, there used to be a :"Scrambling" tab and a "Sheets" tab however neither of them appear when I launch Document Properties. Has anyone else seen this? Is this a setting that I've accidentally flipped somewhere? Some other QVWs on my machine show all the tabs as I would expect so I doubt it's a problem with Developer itself.

I'm attaching the QVW in question. You can access the file with a username of "1" (no quotes.)

You appear to have a Section Access in this document with the "missing" tabs reserved to the ADMIN user, as set on the Security tab. The "1" userid you provided is USER level so can't see those tabs. Does this explain what you are seeing?

thanks Rob, that appears to be it. i didn't realize sectionaccess restricted my options in developer as well. good to know!
