Want to create variable for below exp-

=if(CF_Month='Apr',
(Count(DISTINCT {<Flag={'Active'}, FYear={$(vtestYear)},CF_Month={$(vtestmonth)},Quarter=,FIN_Year=, O1andOE={'O1 & Above'},Location2-={'2004'}>} [Personnel No])),

Please help.
