Customer Average trendline for Total

Hi Experts,

I have a chart attached and I just want to calculate the average line for Total only, please see the screenshot. So I created the second expression like below, but it does not work as expected.

sum(Amount)/Count(DISTINCT CalYear_Month)

I know there is trendline under expression tab, but it does not meet my request. Would a kind and enlightened please advise on my error, many thanks in advance!

Hi,

Yes, it looks good. But is it possible to add the line as the second expression and let its label show as a legend with the dimension with Region? Please see the attached screenshot.

Please check the attached, its not a very dynamic approach though.

The dimension Region will be limited to only 5 or 6, so I think the solution works for me. Great thanks!
