    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a set analysis expression to count.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eg; if all the values of design_accept = 3 for the corresponding MachDateKey, then it should count it as one.
