Sorting within a Bar Chart

Referencing the attached chart,

Is there a way I can sort by the GP% variance descending, within each region above.

E.g. For Central region branches, I’d like to sort the GP% Variance descending, then for Northern Region Branches, I’d like the sort to “restart” in descending value etc.

I currently have a calculated Dimension (Region & Branch) and sort that Dimension value in text order. At least this way I have the Regions grouped.

On your graph settings, "sorting" part, you can pick your dimension and select a sort by expression.

In this expression, put the formula of your GP% Variance.

This should do the trick.

Hello Luigi,

In the Sort tab of the properties of the chart you can enter an expression to sort the values by.

Here you can simply enter the expression you use to calculate the values in the chart.
