With the top pie smaller than the bottom one and its background transparent, as follows.       <title>Values on Pie Chart</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think that's possible on a Pie chart in QlikView due to some pie slices being too thin to show values.
