      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've attached the format the I currently have my data in( Crosstable). The second table show the format I'd like it to be in. (I think it's called Generic)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know there is a 'Generic' function that can achieve this, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help/tips would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
