Hover On Dimension Names

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein the Dimensions on the X Axis must must show mouse over rather than the bars.

For Eg if the dimensions ae Jan , Feb, Mar.... when i hover on the Dimensions i must get the tooltip as January, Febrauary, March...

I know we can have the mouse over tool tip managed on the expressions which is made visible when the mouse is on bard but i want the mouse over when on Dimensions.

Attached is a sample application, please let me know how this could be acheived

Try attached

Steps

1) Uncheck 'Pop-up Labels' on the presentation tab

2) Create a new expression like this

Date(Date#(Month, 'MMM'), 'MMMM')

3) Enable Text as Pop-up for this new expression and remove the check next to Bar under Display options.

Hi Sunny,

The suggestion given works when we hover on bars but the requirement is to have the mouse over on Dimensions on X axis like when i hover on Jan it should display January

What you ask, that won't with Qlik because The Qlik concept is Mouseover is not developed. So, Sunny's suggestion make sense
