using deltaVis extension

Dear community,

I'm trying to use the extension deltaVis, to compare the number of open calls to the HD for 3 years.

Let's say for example in 2016, the Helpdesk received 1000 calls, and 100 are open (not managed yet), in 2017 80 are open and 2018, only 5 are open

So when I used the deltavis I got something like that

so it should give me positive values, as the number of open calls is always small compared to the total number of calls.

So actually the percentage in Grey should be 1.7% and not -98.2%, the delta should be +58.1

Any idea how I can get the deltavis to display positive correct values?
