List Box not Rendering correctly on Access Point

I have an app in QV12 that displays a list box with the list of months horizontally. It will display correctly when opening it through the QV 12 software and it will display correctly on the Access Point when opening with the IE plugin. But If I just open it from the Access Point without using the Plugin it will not render correctly. It stacks the months on top of each other. See images below. What would make it render in this way and is there anything I can change/check to make it the same in both?
