Combining Dimension Values

I want to accomplish 2 things:

1.if the Description is the same in both the ECISA and CAREB Domain, Make the List Box for the Domain filter show an option for A/B

2. Show the A/B value in the Table if count(DESCRIPTION)=2 and therefore only 1 row

I was trying to use =if(count(DESCRIPTION)=2,'A/B',DOMAIN)

It works in the text box, but it doesn't work in the table or the list box.

Can you share your qvw which has that Power Plan Review Audit table and A/B listbox? The one you shared has nothing in sheet6.
