Disable selection in chart which contains an input field

Hi everyone,

Iv'e built a straight table for simulation purposes.

My goal is to enable the user to change the value of one field (Actual_Sales for example) but to be unable to select a value in other fields (EmplotyeeName for example).

I want the table to always show all the employees data and also make changes in the simulation field.

read-only option in the chart properties does not provide a solution because it's also lock the input field.

Any idea how to solve this?

What you can do is a work-around,

paste a textbox above the column which you want to keep as read only, and add transparency as 100% to that text box. Make sure that the text box appears always above the column using Layer in Layout.

Hi Uri,

May be like at attached file?

We disable samples in all fields by the Set Analysis expression {1}. Wherein the ability change in INPUTFIELD is preserved.
