Google map extension working on Desktop, but not on Access point

Hello - I am using a google map extension in a qlikview dashboard. this extension is working on Qlikview desktop (webview mode), however, unable to see map on Access point.

Earlier, to make google map extension work, i made few changes:

1. Turned off Enhanced security configuration from Server Manager > Configure IE ESC (for all Users)

2. Enabled Script option in Internet explorer options

3. Added google site to Trusted sites list

FYI - I am using a Proxy server to connect to Internet

Please suggest if any settings to be changed in Qlikview or Internet explorer, etc.

Hi bhavikumehta‌,

When you say it's working on QlikView desktop, is this tested on your machine or on the QlikView server ?

Also please change the discussion to the correct group e.g. QlikView Layout & Visualizations

Open the discussion --> Go to Actions --> Click Edit (on the right side)

Scroll down and go to In a Place

Click Change

What browser are you using?

IE ? Do you have the IE plugin installed (are you opening Full Browser version or Internet Explorer Plugin)

When you use the browser this is on de QlikView server or a client machine ?

Yes, installed Google maps extension on Qlikview server using Administrator

The service user is the user running the Qlikview services

Yes, logged on user is same as Service user.

I have been able to resolve the issue by entering Extensions path in QMC

"To run QlikView Extensions on a QlikView Server, the contents of the Extensions folder have to be copied from %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects to the %ProgramData%\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects folder on the server."

Source: Section 24.1 QlikView Server Reference Manual

Hi there,
I've tried everything outlined in your document and the google maps extension is still not working. We've done all the suggestions with the extensions in program data, administrator, etc., tried the internet options with scripted and trusted sites. I'm at a loss right now, it works perfectly in desktop though.
