      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to shift the Y axis at center to show the more than 100% on right side and less than 100% on left side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please see the attached(excel).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created the chart but don't know how to shift the Y axis at center for 100%.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas will be appreciated. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
