I have someone trying to open a qlik view report in the Ajax viewer and when they do they receive this message above. I get what its for and they have the little circle in the right hand corner near the close button.

The issue is then they click ok the report refreshes with an unexpected error message and will not open for them.

Issue occurs in IE, Crome but not Firefox. Any tips on how I resolve it for other users.

I'm not sure this is relevant as my users aren't going through Access point they access the dashboard from a third party app.

Ill look into the versions and see if we need an upgrade.

Let you know how I get on.

This issue isn't the pop up although it is annoying its that once its clicked on the dashboard fails to reload with an unexpected error.
