guage chart lower bounds thresholds on different dimension values

I have a guage chart/Min chart inside straight table.

1) Asia 10% gaugechart

2) Europe 10% gaugechart

3) US 15% gaugechart

Now, i want to apply different thresholds for different values in guage chart and than color should change accordingly

for example, Threshold for Asia is 0-5%(RAG), Threshold for Europe is 0-15%, and Threshold for US is 0-10%. So, in this case Lower bounds of guage charts should be conditional? but when i apply if(region='Asia',Threshold1,Threshold2) inside lower bound columns it is not working....

how to do that?
