How do I set up two linked charts with different date ranges

I am looking to set up two charts on a dashboard. The first chart would show demand planning accuracy by month for say a 12 month date range. The second would show demand accuracy by SKU but over a shorter time period say 3 months. I would use the second chart to prioritise how to drill down into the first. That is I would wish to select an SKU in the second chart (3mths data) to show me the full 12 mth data in the second chart.

Ideally both charts would have the ability for the end user to change the timespan but that may be a step too far in Qlikview / My ability.
