Is it possible to capture the data in a chart on every Monday & represent this data in a weekly chart?

The report is reloaded every 1 hour. So can we fetch the numbers from this chart every Monday morning & present these numbers as per week i.e, in a weekly chart?

I think you will have to give us a bit more to go on here...

What is the chart?

Is it linked to any date?

I think you could use a cyclic group with fields like month/week/date/hour for all your wanted periods and then toggling between them with the small cycle-button. It's quite easy: Creating Cycle and Drill Groups.

- Marcus

Hi Adam,

No, it is not linked to date. This chart gives total data until today without any filter on time.

This report deals with a database where once the tickets are closed they are out of the system so the closed tickets are not there in the database for QV to pull.

So I would like to capture these numbers on every Monday morning & save it somewhere so that I can present it in another chart in the same report.
