Accesspoint and QVP

Hi all,

I have few applications published on Access point and distributed to few users. There is one user who accesses it from the same link but has interface like Desktop and I got to know that all these applications are using QlikView Desktop with QVP to open. This is happening only to one user. There is no difference in the functionality, it is just the look of the interface but wanted to know why this is happening.

Can anyone guide me through this please?

Hi, this may be caused by the user when opening the report with the Full Browser instead of Plugin version.

You should check if the user has the QV plugin installed.
