Selection issue with Input Box

Hi Folks,

We are having below "input box" for currency selection , which is working fine for all the users like below:

But one of user is struggling with this , see below his comments:

"I installed the IE Explorer Plugin once again, and I still could not use the Currency Selection for switch between USD and LC.

I asked a colleague, and it is working at her computer"

Any suggestion??? what could be the issue????

There could be a conflict between the used qlikview release, the release from Plugin and the used browser release - maybe you could upgrade them. Another way would be to use another browser with the ajax-client.

I got the issue.

User having QV12 installed in his machine and Server version support 11 SR13
