    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for reply, but that not solved the problem..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i expand the pivot table it gets messi, all the calculated rows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have grey'd out the cells with no value in it, i want the same for the calculated cells when the pivot table are expanded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the pivot table is collapsed it shows the right calculation and colour. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a straight table you can conditionally hide the column or if you want only the values in the column not to show then make the font and background color same conditionally&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the first , goto presentation tab&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and for the second one goto the visual cues or + (background) in the expression tab&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
