Anyone know how to make a table box sort with number with multiple decimal points?

For Example:

1.1

1.1.1

1.1.2

2.1

2.2

2.2.1

2.2.2

2.2.3

3.1

5.1

Use a straight table chart instead of the table box and use a calculated dimension:

=Text(YourFieldName)

(add all other fields needed as dimensions and disable 'Suppress zero value' on presentation tab).

Or create your field as Text(FieldName) as FieldName in your load script.
