Selected data as label in drill down

Hello;

For a client, I need to show in a drill down the data I select as label.

Hier in this example I tried to do that but, I can show only the data from the first level.

For exemple:

If I select in the drill down America, the label would be America; If I select a country in America for example USA, the label would be USA and it would be able to select a city in USA;

Can someone help me please?
