Count(Problem_ID) - it gives you the count&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Count(Problem_ID)/Count(Total Problem_ID) - it gives you the relative %. In number tab, you ve to choose Show in % option or use (Count(Problem_ID)/Count(Total Problem_ID))*100 to get the %&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
