I'll address the "limiting" question...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a straight table (form of a chart), you can limit the list by applying a Set Analysis condition to all chart Expressions. For example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Count({&amp;lt;Preference = {US}&amp;gt;} CustomerID)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can hide this Expression using the Presentation tab if it's not needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think there is a good way to limit a Table box to the same condition.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another, perhaps more basic solution, is to let the user make a Selection in the Preference field.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm brand new to Qlikview.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a list that includes company names and addresses.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Another data element includes customer preference for US vs International.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I limit the addresses that show up based on the pre-populated value of customer preference?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
