Add background frame to data points?

Hello community,

is it possible to add a frame with a background color to the "values on data points" option?

So instead of just showing a black text of 99% in the line chart I would like to add a white rectangle behind each data point.

To clarify I don't mean the hover popup-text but the actual value of the data point.

In Excel I'm able to do this.

This is not possible.but you can do some modification on font style.
