Sub Total Colours

Hi All

In my pivot table i have the subtotal background colours set to

=if (ROWNO() = 0, rgb(21,165,234))

For the field 'Variance' I have the text colour set to

=if (ROWNO() = 0, WHITE())

How do I amend it so that If the sub total for 'Variance' is <0 it is red.
