Same Dashboard showing different values

Hi,

My colleague and I are facing a problem:

My dashboard is showing a value of 15.

When I send the dashboard to him, he opened without any data reloading, he got a value of 28.

Can anyone guide me it is the computer setting that resulted in this ?

Or where can we look into for this ?

Hello,

Assuming that the selctions active are the same, do you have any kind of section access or data reduction related to the dashboard?

I have found the root cause. It is related to different State assigned in the selection.
