Label Sort Order of Cyclic Group in AccessPoint

Hi All,

I have a Chart with Cyclic Groups and have defaulted the Sort Order on the file: A, B, C, D

When a user opens the dashboard in AccessPoint, they go to C. They leave the tab and come back; the Group showing is still C. They leave AccessPoint all together and return an hour later and still see C as the first Group (default) on Chart. Is there a way to Trump their last viewed when leaving either the tab and/or AccessPoint so that the default is always A when they return and not last viewed?

Hi Mickey,

To get the previous state of an application.User has click on the view details---Remove document last state at the access point.
