Extension Object gives "Object does not support this action"

I have used extensions objects before. However, I had to upgrade to a 64-bit system recently after which i installed a 64bit version of Qlikview 11.2. the extension objects did not work in this version. it gave the error, "Object does not support this property or action".

Then, after un-installing the 64-bit and installing the 32-bit of Qlikview 11.2, it now gives the error, "Object does not support this action".

Can anyone give any solution?

What version of QlikView and Internet Explorer are you running?

IE version 8 (32bit and 64-bit both are present)

Qlikview 11.2(32-bit)

Strange. Have you installed your Extension objects again?

Have you tried other extension objects after reinstalling?

Hi, Can you provide complete build number for Qlik.

Did you upgrade recently?

was that working before?

The current version is qlikview(32-bit) version 11.20.12235. No, earlier when all extension objects had worked, I used this version. it worked perfectly fine.

then I switched to qlikview 11.2 (64-bit) then qlikview 11.0(32-bit ).

This is not clear.

Can you explain again. Please provide complete build number for all scenerios.

Yes I tried installing other extension objects. yet it doesn't work. it gives the same error for all extension objects.

I installed IE 10 and then it started working.. thanks a lot for the help.
