topic WebView use a different version of IE than installed? in QlikView

Everything I've read says that WebView uses the Internet Explorer installed on the machine. However I am getting results to the contrary. I have an extension object that makes some SOAP calls using AJAX. They work great in the access point but fail on the desktop webview.

When I decided to use Fiddler to debug I noticed something about the client information of the calls.

Access Point opened in IE 10 shows Client User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/6.0)

But the desktop run of the QVW shows Client User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; Trident/6.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; SLCC2; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; Tablet PC 2.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; InfoPath.3)

So, why is QlikView desktop using IE 7 when I have IE 10 installed?
