Hi, this option is present in straight table not in pivot chart.

In a pivot table, just grab each dimension and expression header until the cursor changes into a blue arrow, and drag the arrow to the other side. In this way, you can turn expression into rows, and dimensions into columns.

Option "Allow Pivoting" must be checked in Object Properties->Presentation

Create straight table and you will get this option in presentation tab.
