dashed and solid line count

Hello,

I would like to change my line style to a dash - - - if I am showing more than 13 months such that there is a dash from the 13th month to the 14th. I know that I need to define the 'Line Style' of the Expression with the correct syntax for the desired affect.

Here is a hard coded example of what I want to do with a visual attached:

=if(Month = 'JAN 15', '<S3>', '<S1>')

I need to make this more generic though as the months will change. Basically solid line for months 1-13 and then anything greater dashed line. I know a COUNT will be involved somewhere but I am struggling with the syntax.
