Problem with viewing graphs in accesspoint

Hi All,

I have an issue where my dashboard is displaying the graphs correctly( Values are correct and the graph displays correctly)when I see it in my Local, but when I load the same dashboard in Accesspoint its displaying incorrectly( the view is totally wrong.)

The source data is not the problem because in other views data is displayed correctly.

Any Idea why this is happening?

Hi,

Have you tried checking the application in Local <- in web view. If no then try

and if yes then try to set the same resolution of the systems where you are making the application and where you are trying to view.

Hi,

Do you have publisher?

If yes after making proper amendment and changes make sure to run task once from your server.

Make sure you replace file properly.

I see a Test mark on your chart, which means you have test server too.

Are you sure you deployed to the same server?
